Canadian customers please take notice of these shipping requirements effective 1-20-08.
Shipments from My Knife Store to Canada will now ship via insured US mail. UPS is available upon request, but the customer will be responsible for import duties, brokerage fees and possibly a shipping surcharge depending upon the package weight.
Your shipping address must accept mail or your order may be returned as undeliverable.
Shipments to Canada cannot contain stun guns, pepper spray, aerosol cans, or other flammables.
US MAIL:
1. Orders shipped via US mail are shipped insured, but have no tracking number.
2. Loss or damage claims must follow the steps listed below:
A. For LOST parcels you must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days for International. Damage claims can be filed immediately.
B. We will reship lost orders once an insurance claim is paid. Damaged items will be either reshipped or refunded.
We now charge for shipping to Canada based upon total weight rather than dollar cost. Small orders are being charged less and larger orders are being charged more equitably. After several days of coding and calculating, we have the new shipping fees in place. The following chart is in ounces and US dollars.
